Happy Birthday...
To my wonderful parents! Dad's birthday was the 18th, and Mom's is tomorrow so I just thought I'd post about both of them, now. Unfortunately, we didn't get to celebrate my dad's birthday because it was on a Thursday, and Thursdays for us are very busy, though we did cook him a nice dinner, and of course the little girls made him cards for his special day.
Dad has always been there for me, when I'm upset, having a hard day, or even just when I need a hug, and hugs from Dad's truly mean a lot. :) He has been the one that I can talk to and not really care about what I'm saying. He is the one who has been the protector of me, and even when sometimes I don't see how he's protecting me, in the end, I'm glad he did. Oh the joys of Daddy's, they are the ones to protect, encourage, and so many other things. I love my dad SOO much that words cannot explain. Happy Birthday Dad!!! :)
And last, but definitely not least, my wonderful, beautiful Mother. :) Like I said, Mom's birthday will be tomorrow and I believe we will be making her some blueberry pancakes and probably serve her in bed, that is, if we can keep her in bed. :) But truly my mother is the best, she has been homeschooling us kids for 17 years, and all the way has done a marvelous job. Even though she's gone through some hard times with homeschooling, she has been creative, supporting, loving, encouraging, and so much more. I love you mom!! And happy birthday!!! :)

Happy birthday, Mr. and Mrs. Candler!
We have the same problem with keeping our Mom in bed long enough to serve her breakfast in bed too, Sierra! :D

Hi sweetheart, I saw a picture of dad and I this afternoon when you were showing Grace pictures and I asked dad to get on your blog. Well, he read to me the things you wrote about our birthdays and I want to let you know that we are truly thankful for all you children. God is good. I want you to know that we love you too! Keep your eyes on Jesus and be fully persuaded of God's goodness. Martha Peace reminds us of that.
Mom :)
